Research, not a diagnostic engine
Evidence with its limits in view.
A citation is a starting point for inspection. It is not approval of a statement for an individual’s care.
What the collection is.
The current research edition is a targeted index of 94 source records, 46 linked findings, and 38 research gaps. It holds citations and original annotations, not a licensed collection of full papers. Source access, studied population, publication status, caveats, funding notes, and overlap need to travel with a finding.
What it is not.
It is not an exhaustive systematic review, a clinically approved recommendation service, or an autonomous diagnostic tool. Structural checks confirm such things as resolving identifiers; they do not verify medical truth, current guidance, licensing, or independent cohorts. All clinical review remains pending.
Original sources and review decisions.
Research notes distinguish what was accessed from what remains uncertain. A full-text link does not mean a full-text appraisal was completed. Editorial source roles are not formal evidence grades. A future review decision must apply to exact wording, a source version, a population, an audience, and a specific use.
The preview app.
The separate fictional demonstration is not published on this site yet. A future /app/ link will appear only after that preview is integrated and checked. There is no connected model or real-data application here.
