The public preview
Privacy, in plain words.
This site explains a proposed workspace. It does not create patient accounts or collect medical records.
What the business form sends.
The contact form sends a name, email address, selected topic, and message to Bluffmark LLC so we can read and respond to a business inquiry. It also sends a hidden website field and a form-start timestamp for spam checks. The message text is part of the submission: do not include health information or anyone’s personal medical details.
What is stored.
The form does not save a draft in browser storage. Submissions accepted by the receiving service may be kept as business correspondence, including the contact details and message. The receiving service and its retention settings are being configured before launch; there is no patient record system behind this page. The form only reports success after the service confirms acceptance.
Before enabling the public form, Bluffmark LLC will confirm its receiving address, storage destination, retention period, and deletion process. Until that is configured, a failed request does not mean the message was received. Email is an alternative and creates ordinary email correspondence.
No advertising trackers.
There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party JavaScript, or remote font requests in these pages. The hosting service necessarily processes ordinary web requests and may keep operational request logs. No claim is made that hosting produces no logs.
Questions and deletion requests.
For questions about business correspondence, email hello@finallybelieved.com or write to Bluffmark LLC, PO Box 10412, Baltimore, MD 21209. Do not include health information in the request. This notice will need a separate review before any service accepts real health records.
